Loyale App, founded in September 2020 by Bahraini entrepreneur S. Ahmed Almarzooq, is a mobile app that links consumers to a wide range of merchants through enticing loyalty schemes and rewards.
The loyalty app works like an all in one wallet from which a consumer obtains various types of loyalty cards, with each one offering a unique benefit from a participating merchant. On the other hand, merchants can tailor their loyalty programs through various schemes: points accumulation or reward stamps with each purchase or store visit; or tiered loyalty programs where customers get corresponding rewards for every level reached.
Ahmed Almarzooq is a Civil and Structural engineering graduate from Newcastle University, UK, and in developing the app, he used his over four years of experience in project management and development in construction, real estate, restaurant and various industries.
Just like any other regular customer, he realizes the need to address the usual hassles and inconveniences of collecting loyalty cards and registering in various loyalty programs, in addition to understanding how each loyalty program works and how to keep track of one’s balance amount or rewards gained.
Merchants undergo similar difficulties as they find it very expensive to implement a tailored loyalty program, and it’s hard to convince people to enroll in one considering the lengthy process involved in collecting customer data.
Ahmed Almarzooq resolved these commonly encountered problems with the LoyaleApp, a customized loyalty program which efficiently enables merchants to provide customized offers and promotions aimed to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
Now, this all-in-one solution makes available the benefits of multiple brands in a single app; making it more convenient for customers to collect and redeem points, thus enabling consumers to earn more savings with every purchase they make.
