Kitch brings Lebanese eatery network Barbar to Saudi Arabia.
Lebanese café network Barbar is going to the Kingdom. It follows a tie up with Kitch, the area’s first cross breed, conveyance centered, cloud kitchen which will see the chain extend across the locale. Following the establishment concurrence with Kitch, the main Barbar café in the GCC will open in Dubai to be trailed by additional extension in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, the organization said in a proclamation on Monday.
Eight cafés and cloud kitchens will be opened in the UAE, and 20 of them will be opened in Saudi Arabia, four of which will begin working in Riyadh in the second quarter of this current year, Kitch said. Mohammad Ghaziri dispatched Barbar in 1979 as a little ‘Manouche’ pastry kitchen before the popular Piccadilly Theater in the core of Beirut. It immediately acquired acclaim for its manouchés and was visited by vocalists, specialists, and famous people who performed at the theater.
“As a component of our establishment arrangement, we will serve the top notch contributions and the luscious menu of Barbar through our exceptional retail facade offices and cloud-kitchens in the district,” said Walid Hajj, prime supporter and President of Kitch. They have plans to open four conveyance kitchens in Riyadh in the second quarter of this current year and extra 15 kitchens across the GCC before the finish of 2021. Kitch was helped to establish by F&B master Walid Hajj and Saudi business person, Fahad Alhokair.
