Focus on your customers and listen to them. Whatever you are building has to be oriented on how to better serve your customers.
Can you tell us more about Simple Life and what inspired you to start it?
Came from the Insurance industry focused on health insurance operations for regional and multinational insurance companies.
We noticed that there are gaps in certain areas and services that are not offered by health payers, which if provided could make life much easier for the patients. This was the turning point for me and I began to be interested in creating an offering for this segment.
Can you tell us more about the assistance and support that you are offering to patients, clients, and providers.
Actually we do not offer treatments, what we do is connect patients and users to healthcare providers and also healthcare providers to health payers.
Our aim is to consolidate multiple services into one single platform thus saving time and effort and bringing quality service to patients which they cannot access due to high cost, physical disability or geographical barrier. We believe that any person should have a “ VIP “ service and we are trying to implement this through innovation.
Many people would be interested to know how you plan on lowering existing medical costs with your products and IT solutions.
Would this also be cost-effective for companies?
