Hope Talents Appoints Board of Directors
Hope Talents, the talent management arm of Hope Fund, has announced the formation of its Board of Directors. An edict was issued appointing Dana Buheji as the Chairperson, alongside Jordana Semaan, Zahraa Taher, Hana Sarwani, Ahmed Burashid, and Fatema Al Bastaki as board members.
This comes in line with Hope Talents’ commitment to form a Board of Directors comprised of experts with extensive experience in leading innovation strategies, project management and human capital development. The new board will work towards developing Hope Talents’ initiatives to support a national database of high-achieving talents that will contribute to the advancement of human capital and the growth of enterprises by providing vetted high-caliber professionals.
Commenting on the occasion, Youth and Sports Affairs Minister and Hope Fund Chairman, His Excellency Aymen bin Tawfeeq Almoayed, said: “We would like to congratulate the newly-appointed Board of Directors and wish them success in their endeavors. We have the utmost confidence in their abilities to achieve Hope Talents’ strategy, in line with Hope Fund’s objectives, to showcase and advance the youth sector in Bahrain. The board will play a vital role in Hope Talent’s mission to recognize, support and progress talented individuals, reflecting the Kingdom’s pioneering leadership in empowering the youth to enter the labour market with distinction and ambition, and to enhance their contributions to the country’s development.”

Hope Talents aims to create a supportive environment to develop national talents and facilitate access to career opportunities, along with professional development through workshops, mentoring programs and networking sessions.
