The Learning Experience Platform is designed to unlock learners’ potential through a competency-based learning experience which drives talent development by defining the right competencies and building an engaging learning journey through customized learning paths and a suite of scientific talent assessments that measure skills and monitor talent progress.
Talent Assessment helps organizations identify, attract, and measure top talents through scientific assessments which generate actionable insights to recognize, evaluate potential, and bring onboard quality talents. The process measures the perfect balance of required competencies while making data-driven decisions based on reports’ in-depth insights.
Content Digitization aims to enhance an organization’s visibility and efficiency by transforming existing learning content into a digital interactive format. The system helps ease workflows while making the learning content accessible, editable and versatile.
Lumofy brings to the market a learning experience platform aligned with the GCC and the region’s market requirements. The platform caters to diverse industries from aviation to banking and finance, from semi-government to government institutions.
It is unique in the sense that it uses competency-based methodology which automates what learners require in their job role behaviorally, cognitively, and technically; and at the same time enables them with increased knowledge, skills and capabilities.
However, since SaaS or Software-as-a-Service is not commonly used in the region, Lumofy faces issues like frequent lack of resources in the field. But despite these challenges, the company compensates by providing the best environment and culture to its team so they can adapt to any requirement.
In addition, the region is going through an era of transition from a traditional way of doing things to a sudden shift to digital.
