Bahrain’s real estate sector is essential in boosting tourism
Real estate projects are an important pillar of the Kingdom’s tourism promotion, according to the Minister of Tourism, Fatima bint Jaafar Al-Sairafi, who stressed that housing, investment and residence options and distinctive facilities are offered to everyone, including tourists and visitors to enrich their visit and offer them more entertainment options.
In her meeting with Amin Ahmed Al-Arrayed, Chief Executive Officer of Naseej real estate company, the minister discussed potential joint cooperation and launched a number of joint initiatives aimed at enhancing the company’s contribution to Bahrain’s tourism industry.
Her remarks focused on the integration of tourism and real estate in the Kingdom, which are considered vital components of economic growth, generating income, attracting new investments, and creating quality job opportunities. She added that the growth of the tourism sector in the Kingdom positively impacts its real estate sector and visitors and tourists are also drawn to distinguished real estate projects.
Al-Arrayed confirmed Naseej Company’s eagerness to explore new opportunities with the government sector and to build on the gains achieved due to its fruitful partnership with the public sector, which aligns with the company’s goal of creating integrated urban communities.
