50 Promising Businesses Get Ready to Pitch for Equity Investment on Beban 2
Beban, Bahrain’s first entrepreneurship-themed reality show produced by Hope Ventures; the investment arm of Hope Fund, announced the conclusion of the intensive two-month training bootcamp for its season 2 participants.
The bootcamp was delivered in partnership with international venture capital startup accelerator Brinc MENA. It targeted the 50 shortlisted high-potential entrepreneurs who will be pitching for equity investment on season 2 of Beban. Through the bootcamp, entrepreneurs refined their business plans and go-to-market strategies, developed their financial models, and strengthened their pitching skills; all in preparation for the highly anticipated show.
Entrepreneurs also benefited from specialized mentorship sessions offered during the bootcamp with industry experts. Including an insightful session with season 2’s partners Beyon Money’s CEO, Mr. Roberto Mancone, who shared his experience leading one of Bahrain’s most impactful FinTech companies.
Season 2 will be comprised of 10 episodes that will shed light on promising entrepreneurs each episode as they pitch their businesses before a panel of reputable regional investors for equity investment and strategic business development opportunities.
Hope Ventures thanks His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Affairs and Youth Affairs, for His guidance and unwavering support that led to this monumental milestone.
